A self-guided walking tour allows you to travel at your own pace so that you can truly savour the calm and peace of your environment. We provide carefully chosen accommodations, comprehensive route notes, transfers to the start and finish of your walks, plenty of advice and we are always nearby if you need our help. Our choice of walks includes St Patrick's Footstep in Connemara ; the Dingle Way and Ring of Kerry in Kerry. As well as a Connemara Waking Weekend.
There are green roads, tracks of former horse and cart roads, walking paths, and sometimes you will have to walk over the open ground - waymarkers will show you the way. Almost all of the walks are low level walks along rivers, lakes, the Atlantic Ocean , through woods, and along the feet of mountains in the valleys. This is truly the way to discover a land steeped in history along faded tracks that echo of ancient times. You will eat your lunch with some of Ireland 's most beautiful scenery as a backdrop. Our ten day Into the West tour introduces walkers to some of the most beautiful parts of the Connemara wilderness in Galway and the scenic coastline of West Mayo in the West of Ireland. The route, which follows much of the Western Way, starts in Oughterard, a famous angling village on the shores of Lough Corrib in Galway.
This is a splendid trip along Irelands Western Coastline where as part of the trip you visit and walk three beautiful islands of the Western Coast, starting with Clare Island off the coast of Mayo, Inishbofin off the coast of Connemara and Inishmore, the biggest of the Aran Islands off the coast of Galway. You will also get to climb Croagh Patrick, which is Irelands Holy Mountain, and along by the Famine Track as you overlook Irelands only fjord the Killary Fjord. On this trip you will get a glimpse of some dramatic scenery and the opportunity to meet real Irish characters.
Saint Patrick was the patron saint of Ireland. Legend has it he spent forty days and forty night atop this stunning mountain; plenty of amazing views to pass the time! Retrace his footsteps on this tour, while enjoying the incredible scenery of Galway and Mayo.

The Suck Valley is a Walking Trail on the borders of West Roscommon and East Galway, incorporating parts of the O'Sullivan Beara Way, offers tranquility of this oval shaped walk.
The Iveragh peninsula, known world wide as the Ring of Kerry is the base for this self-guided walking package. You walk for 7 days following the waymarked Kerry Way, a low-level walking route, using the old droving paths and coach roads to create a journey through history and folklore.

Along green lanes lined with Fuchsia hedges; past peat cuttings and Celtic monuments, this lowlevel route crosses the Dingle peninsula that juts out into the Atlantic.
This 5 days, 4 nights tour, on the beautiful Dingle Peninsula is ideal for guests having only a few days available for a short walking holiday. Perhaps you want to spend the remaining days of your holiday exploring greater distances by car (we are happy to organise a hire car for you) but you still want to get out and about for at least some of the time.
